Mt. Vernon Caterers was inspired by standards and principles of the celebrated Baltimore-based Fiske Group. In 1900 Fiske began a prominent catering and confectioners business. Generations later the McCain family continued their passion for delivering quality food, and excellent service at affordable prices. Kim McCain, being exposed to the business since age fourteen was eager to pursue the same accomplishments.  She opened Mt. Vernon caterers in 1989, and has been creating lasting positive memories ever since.
